We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Shift Technician to join a prestigious commercial building maintenance team in the City of London. Days & Nights Rotation
7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am
Repeat rotating pattern
Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and plant equipment.
Reactive maintenance and fault finding across building services systems.
Carry out electrical repairs and installations when required.
Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure maximum uptime.
Complete maintenance documentation and reports accurately.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Support mechanical and building services operations where required.
Participate in emergency call‑out and incident response procedures.

Requirements

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Experience working within commercial buildings, critical environments, data centres, banking, or high‑end corporate facilities.
Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of building services systems and electrical infrastructure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
