£38,000 per year + van and fuel card
Permanent position
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Medway / Kent area.
Package- Salary £38,000
- Van and fuel card
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays
- Carrying out general maintenance on void properties
- Carrying out repairs, including internal and external door fitting, kitchen and bathroom refits, plastering etc.
- Must have social housing/council experience
- Must have a full UK driving license
