About the role

We are responsible for carrying out a 5 year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties, including communal areas. The electrical team also performs repairs to keep homes up to a decent standard and assists with testing of empty homes, planned works such as kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades and communal lighting upgrades. This role is based predominantly in the West London area.

• Carry out a 5 year cyclical testing programme for all Abri properties, including communal areas.
• Perform repairs service for customers to keep homes up to a decent standard.
• Assist with testing of empty homes, planned works (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades) and communal lighting upgrades.
• Provide high quality customer service and act as an ambassador when visiting customers’ homes.

• Proactive, highly motivated, professional and friendly.
• Excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude.
• Hold the most up to date 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience using NICEIC certification or a similar software system.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Understanding of how social housing works is an advantage.
