Job Summary
Carpenter Multi – Covering Enfield, East and North London. Property Services – Social Housing. Temp‑to‑perm position. Pay £19‑£20 per hour, 42.5 hours per week minimum. Company van and fuel card supplied.
Responsibilities- Carrying out general maintenance on occupied and void properties
- Plumbing, carpentry, plastering and tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Experience as a Carpenter Multi in social/domestic housing
- Primary trade of either carpentry or plumbing
- Experience in multiple trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Company van and fuel card supplied
- Holiday allocation and pension contribution
