Responsibilities
- Assist the team on site with the hard services required by the client.
- Represent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirements.
- Ensure Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently, quality of work inspected, and recommendations communicated to the Account Manager.
- Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and adhere to compliance guidelines, statutory acts and regulations.
- Accurately report all completed work orders, recording any critical spares or stock items used.
- Utilize the Corrigo platform.
- Deliver a high level of customer‑focused service and participate in additional training as required.
- Complete weekly reports, noting significant events or activities and communicating them to the JLL FM team and the Account Manager.
- Participate in Health and Safety compliance activities such as hazard/near‑miss reporting and scheduled Toolbox Talks.
- Ensure compliance with JLL MEP processes and procedures on all relevant work orders, and maintain risk‑management documentation (MOP, SOP or EOP) for all critical works.
- Liaise with the account manager when ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective works.
- Take ownership of areas (including all plant rooms) under Integral control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained at the required site standards.
- Efficiently and effectively complete CAFM work orders allocated within the agreed SLA.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments.
- Electrical/Mechanical HVAC Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent C&G points 1 & 2, F‑Gas equivalent or exceeds.
- 18th Edition IEE:
Wiring and Installation C&G 2391 test and inspection. - BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Good IT and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear‑thinking, delivering required services within time constraints.
- Overtime at 1.5× on weekdays and 2× on weekends, with a day off in lieu on bank holidays.
- Standby rate of £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro‑rated into shifts for shift workers).
