Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and has a new opportunity for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to work in a team of X2 on a site in Victoria.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning engineer to take on a Static role. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding on AC systems across one site.

• Have good experience fault finding and repair of VRF systems and split systems.
• Work confidently and individually on refrigeration recovery, pressure testing and brazed repairs on VRF and split systems.
• Work confidently and individually on compressor changes on VRF and split systems.
• Have good knowledge and experience working with a variety of manufacturers’ equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic.
• Fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Provide detailed remedial repair reports with information of replacement component parts.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health and safety and compliance standards.
• Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair.
• Valid F-Gas qualification – essential.
• Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.

• £40,000 – £48,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level).
• 8 – 5 Monday to Friday with no on-call.
