Automatic Gate Engineer

Automatic Gate Engineer – North London – Up to £45,000 basic salary per annum

Our client, an established industry leader, seeks an Automatic Gate Engineer to join a full‑time, permanent team covering North London and surrounding areas.

• £37000 – £45000 Basic Salary + Overtime (negotiable based on experience)
• Full‑time, permanent
• Monday to Friday hours
• Work area:
  North London & surroundings

• Installation, service, repair, fault‑finding & maintenance of automated gates, barriers, bollards, access systems and related products.
• Field‑based role covering multiple sites.
• Work with a range of manufacturer brands.
• Take responsibility for overall quality of work delivered.
• Effective communication with customers at all times.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide support to team members where required.

• Full UK driving licence or equivalent (essential).
• Ideally at least 3 years’ experience within the gate & barrier industry (not essential).
• Open to applicants from all or single disciplines willing to train.
• Knowledge of a range of manufacturers.
• Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, DHF/Gate Safe, and/or City & Guilds.
• Positive attitude and ability to self‑motivate.
