We are on the search for an Engineer! Insight Air Conditioning LTD specializes in the servicing, repair, and diagnostic evaluation of air conditioning systems, with a strong expertise in VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems. The company is known for its ability to conduct in‑depth validations and use advanced service software to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including handling multiple system failures.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kent / London for a Specialist Service Engineer specializing in VRF/VRV systems. The role involves conducting system validations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues using service software, and performing troubleshooting for air conditioning systems. Additional responsibilities include general maintenance, repair, and providing technical support to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with air conditioning systems
• Experience in Field Service and on‑site technical inspections
• Demonstrated ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks effectively and efficiently
• Strong Communication skills to convey technical issues and provide detailed updates
• Background in Technical Support with a focus on VRF/VRV systems
• Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in real‑world environments
• Previous experience with service software and diagnostic tools for air conditioning systems
