We're recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial office buildings across Central London.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance
• AHU & FCU maintenance
• Basic HVAC maintenance
• BMS checks and monitoring
• L8 water hygiene and monthly tap temperature testing
• General plumbing and building fabric repairs
• Escort and supervise subcontractors
• Raise quotations for remedial works
• Update CAFM systems, maintenance records and site logbooks
• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple commercial sites

• Experience as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Electrician
• Commercial Facilities Management or Building Services experience
• Electrically qualified or electrically biased
• Experience carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Knowledge of HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, BMS and general building services
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
