CBRE Local UK is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team across London and surrounding areas. The role covers on-site electrical and mechanical maintenance of HVAC plant, with emphasis on VRV/VRF systems and safe handling of refrigerants.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised apprenticeship, City & Guilds qualifications, and F‑Gas certification, with proven fault-finding ability and the capacity to supervise contractors. BMS experience and CAFM proficiency are desirable.
