London & South Region | £35,000 - £40,000

• Work hands‑on installing professional AV systems across client sites.
• Install Projectors & large‑format displays, Screens, speakers & microphones, Video conferencing systems, AV control systems.
• Ensure installs meet top‑quality standards.
• Follow health & safety best practices.
• Work independently or alongside engineers & subcontractors.
• Keep equipment, tools, and company vehicle in top condition.

• Solid AV installation experience.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and plans.
• Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills – client‑facing at times.
• Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel.

• CTS certification.
• Experience with large‑scale integrated AV systems.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• AV/VC commissioning skills.
• ECS, PASMA, or IPAF certifications.
