Mechanical Maintenance / Plumbing Engineer – FM Service Provider – Hammersmith, West London – up to £45,000

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Hammersmith, West London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be mechanically or plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Duties- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (temperature checks)
- Plumbing – unblocking toilets, replace taps, etc.
- BMS System – monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- LTHW, DHWS, CHW
Monday to Friday, 07:00AM – 16:00PM / 08:00AM – 17:00PM Package
Benefits- Up to £45,000 salary
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime available

- A proven track record in building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
