They now offer a Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) position in South London.

• Complete the PPM agreed schedule, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and according to procedures.
• Respond promptly and positively to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk, assess job requirements, carry out repairs within agreed timescales and response times, and update call and job status afterwards.
• Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including air handling units with gas‑fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single‑split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
• Identify non‑repairable faults in plant and machinery, advise the Line Manager with findings and recommend suitable replacements.
• All activities performed within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

• Hold recognised commercial gas qualifications – at least four from COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP

• F‑Gas (2079) qualified.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification desirable.

• Professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times, with a hands‑on, can‑do approach.
• Positive, adaptable in a dynamic business environment, committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience of HVAC/gas work in a multi‑site environment.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel daily.

• COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, BMP1, CCP1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, F‑Gas (City & Guilds 2079‑11 Level 2 Certificate) – essential.
• Electrical C&G 2382 – 18th Edition or City & Guilds 2382‑15 17th Edition – optional.
• Unvented Water Heaters – HWSS Hot Water Systems & Safety (including G3 Unvented HWS) – essential.

• Salary: £46,994 (including standby) + 11% LWA.
• OTE: £55,000+ (with overtime and standby payments).
• Paid travel time – 30 minutes each way.
