A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider. CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to be covering multiple Residential buildings around South and North London. The successful candidate will be Mechanically / Plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in Commercial / Residential building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance to the following.

• Lighting (Small installation, fault‑finding, lamping, changing ballast, control panel, power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air conditioning – air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – reset
• Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• BMS system – monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
• UPS systems – monitor / take readings

Monday
- Friday
8am - 5pm

Must be available to start on 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover.
Up to £27p/h

Covering 6 residential sites - 3 in South London (Camberwell / Clapham) and 3 in North London (Finchley / Finsbury Park)
Van included (must have valid driver’s licence with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons)

• Mechanically / plumbing qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 etc.)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial / residential building maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Client facing
• Valid DBS certificate
