Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to work primarily in North/East London, with a focus on North London. The role involves investigating, diagnosing, and repairing domestic premises and preparing Electrical Condition Reports.

• Carry out all types of electrical work, including reactive maintenance.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
• Operate in accordance with health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Accurately record work details via internal and client systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Use a PDA or tablet to fill job reports, take pictures, and document work.

• Full driving licence.
• Positive can‑do attitude.
• Certificates for current training, including City & Guilds (e.g., 2330) and ECS card.
• Experience as a maintenance electrician in social housing.
• PDA experience.
• Minimum 5 years electrical experience.
• Clean driving licence, City & Guilds 2330, J.I.B/GOLD card, 18th Edition, NVQ 3 preferred.

  8‑hour shift, 8am to 5pm, weekdays, day shift; overtime available.
