We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a prestigious critical commercial site in Central London. • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across building services plant.
• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS, HVAC, and associated equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize disruption to critical operations.
• Update maintenance records and complete all relevant documentation.
• Liaise with engineers and site teams to deliver a high standard of service.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures within a live critical environment.

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience with in Facilities Management or commercial building services.
• Strong electrical fault‑finding and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a continental shift team.
• Good communication and client‑facing skills.

• Experience with in critical environments such as banking, data centres, or high‑profile commercial buildings.
• HV/LV knowledge or switching experience.

• Up to £45,000 basic salary + £3,140 shift allowance.
