OverviewMy client is one of the leading councils in London and are currently on the lookout for experienced carpenters to carry out reactive maintenance in the social housing sector.
Responsibilities- Carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs within social housing properties
- Repair, replace, and install internal and external doors, door frames and architraves
- Kitchens and worktops
- Windows and timber repairs
- Complete first and second fix carpentry work
- Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required, including basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, or patch plastering
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Full UK Driver's License
- Social Housing Experience
- Carpentry qualification (preferred)
