We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within a commercial office building in EC1, Central London
. This is a permanent position with a well established SME facilities management provider
, delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern office environment.

This position would suit a Commercial Electrical Engineer
, FM Engineer
, or Building Services Engineer with strong experience in commercial office maintenance and facilities management.

• Carry out electrical maintenance within a commercial office environment
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (
  PPM
  ) and reactive electrical works
• Fault finding on lighting systems, power, small power, emergency lighting, and distribution boards
• Electrical testing, inspections, and basic compliance checks
• Minor electrical installation works and repairs
• Ensure compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Complete job sheets, compliance reports, and CAFM updates
• Maintain a professional and customer focused approach at all times

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition (BS7671) - essential
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Electrician
• Experience working in commercial offices, corporate buildings, or facilities management environments
• Strong faultfinding and problem solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small FM team
