Maintenance division of a group of M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. Turn‑over c £100m.

Role

Working across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air‑conditioning equipment (VRV, VRF, cassettes and splits) including compressor changes and carrying out small installations. Clients include commercial office space, data centres and gyms.

Person

It is essential that you are an experienced air‑conditioning engineer with F Gas Cat 1.

Salary and Benefits

Basic for 40 hours: £22.49/h (£46,779). 23 days holiday + 4% pension. O/T rates: x1.5 (£33.74) after 8 hours daily and x2 (£44.98) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday. Company van and fuel card (no private use). 50 hours per week including travel equates to £64,323.80 as all travel is paid.
