Location: City Of London
HVAC Recruitment seeks a General Maintenance Operative (Fabric/Plumbing) for a busy higher education site in South Kensington, London. You’ll join a large on-site team and perform planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate to keep buildings safe, compliant and fully operational.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a salary up to £38,000 per annum. The package includes 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates, and company-funded training for
