Think Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Repairs Supervisor (Plumbing) for a leading London-based Local Authority. The role focuses on leading a team of repairs operatives to deliver high-quality plumbing work efficiently across London properties.
The successful candidate will deputise for the Repairs Manager, provide technical guidance to multi-trade teams, and manage performance to maximise resident satisfaction. Immediate start on a 3-month rolling contract with potential to go permanent.
