Alice Rose Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team of a leading FM provider covering commercial buildings in Central London.

• Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00)

Working as part of an established engineering team, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord and tenanted areas, ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Fault find across mechanical and electrical building services
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs and HVAC systems
• Monitor pumps, motors and associated plant
• Complete basic plumbing and building fabric repairs
• Issue and manage Permit to Work documentation
• Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
• Complete maintenance records and logbooks
• Support minor installations and improvement works
• Maintain high health & safety and compliance standards

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance
• Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant
• Electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
• Client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an engineering team
