We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer who will be responsible for the Maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations
As the Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:- carry out the day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
- Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract and to assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
- Implement & comply with the procedures as detailed in the company’s Health & Safety Policies, Statutory obligations and in accordance with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment).
- A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
