We're working with a well-established, family-run property maintenance group in Fulham to find an experienced Drainage Engineer for their growing drainage division.

This is hands‑on planned and reactive drainage work across residential and commercial properties in London: emergency callouts, CCTV surveys, jetting, drain repairs, lining, excavations and reinstatement. You'll diagnose faults, carry out the remedial works, and deal directly with clients, so it suits someone who knows their trade and takes pride in sorting the problem properly.

What you'll be doing:
  • Reactive and planned drainage works across residential and commercial properties
  • High‑pressure water jetting to clear blockages and restore drainage
  • CCTV drainage surveys and inspections, producing clear reports and recommendations
  • Diagnosing faults, locating issues and carrying out the remedial works
  • Drain repairs, patch lining, drain lining and excavation
  • Installing and repairing underground drainage, manholes, gullies, channels and pipework, plus reinstatement
  • Repairing rainwater goods and external drainage, and assisting with leak detection
What you'll need:
  • 4+ years' proven experience as a Drainage Engineer
  • Genuine experience across CCTV surveys, jetting, unblocking, repairs, lining, excavation and fault finding
  • Emergency and reactive callout experience
  • A clean, full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Confident dealing with clients and explaining findings
  • CSCS card or relevant H&S training preferred;
    Scanprobe/Mina experience a bonus
