HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a national FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors. It is currently looking to hire a HVAC Maintenance Engineer in Central London for a very unique opportunity.

As the HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for two large retail stores in the West End. You will deliver the planned and reactive maintenance to two flagship stores, either yourself or with support of a wider mobile maintenance team.

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to two flagship stores.
• Work independently or with a wider mobile maintenance team for larger issues.
• Spend 75% time on tools and 25% building client relationships.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be FM's number 2 for the London part of the contract.

• Proven track record in a client facing role.
• HVAC qualification such as City & Guilds, F Gas or similar.
• Good multiskilled technical background.

• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
• Days Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
• Oyster card for travel
