An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Painter / Fabric Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team at one of London’s most prestigious new commercial buildings.

This is a rare chance to work within a state-of-the-art corporate environment for a globally recognised tech client, supporting the launch and ongoing maintenance of a flagship site in the Kings Cross district.

The Role

You’ll be part of a skilled team of 10+ shift engineers, carrying out:

* Painting and decorating works

* General fabric maintenance

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Reactive building repairs

* Supporting overall site presentation and upkeep

Ideal Candidate

* Experience in painting & decorating within commercial environments

* Strong fabric maintenance knowledge
