Renewable Technologies Electrician

Up to £48,000 DOE + Bonus + Overtime + Company Van Field Based South East | Residential & Commercial Properties

The Opportunity

A growing renewable energy and building services organisation is seeking a Renewable Technologies Electrician to join its expanding team. This role offers the chance to work with low-carbon technologies across residential, commercial and public sector environments, carrying out installations, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding. Renewable energy experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair electrical and renewable energy systems
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
Work on Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Charging Points and Battery Storage Systems
Complete planned maintenance and reactive repairs
Carry out testing, certification and compliance documentation
Ensure all work complies with BS7671 and company safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service on-site

About You Essential

NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Technology (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding experience
Strong testing and compliance knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication skills

Desirable

Solar PV, EV Charging or Heat Pump experience
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
Experience with in social housing, commercial or public sector environments
