As a Master Technician, you'll provide a high level of technical expertise within the workshop, supporting both the Service team and fellow Technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Workshop and Service teams with complex technical issues
- Diagnosing highly complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Carrying out complex repairs and advanced diagnostic work
- Providing technical support and guidance to other Technicians when required
- Helping the workshop maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the required manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Sharing technical knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues
We're looking for an experienced technician who can demonstrate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
- Strong experience diagnosing complex vehicle faults
- Excellent mechanical, electrical and diagnostic knowledge
- Experience with in a franchised dealership or large independent workshop
- A flexible approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Full UK Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
