The Electrical Maintenance Foot Mobile Engineer position with RGB, based in City Of London, offers a permanent contract with a salary between £46,000 and £48,000 per annum, plus a travel card and 28 days of holiday. Working hours run from 08.00 to 17.00. This foot mobile role covers London Zones 1 and 2, delivering planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics across building services.

Duties include installing electrical wiring and lighting, with tablet technology used to log and close tasks. Candidates need strong technical skills and the ability to work independently across central locations.

Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 and 2.

Job Purpose
- Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 and 2 carrying out the following works :

- Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on all building services.
- Installing electrical wiring and lighting etc.
- Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
- Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
- Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications :

electrical NVQ/City and guilds and 18th edition
