Multi Trade Operative
Exeter - Taunton
3 month contract
I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a maintenance company that specialise in social housing maintenance in Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality carpentry as well as additional repairs.
Multi Trade Operative duties:- Carry out high quality works such as:
Door undercuts, installation of trickle vents and structural works. - Delivergoodcustomerservice
- Keepaccuraterecords
- Maintain vehicle,tools,andstocktorequiredstandards.
- NVQLevel3/City&Guildsorequivalent
- FullUKDrivers Licence
- Strong carpentryskillsplusmulti trade ability
- Good health&safety awareness
- Socialhousingexperiencedesirable
- DBS - Basic
- The role does come with a Van & Fuel card
