Multi Trade Plasterer

Location: SW16 3HB

Pay Rate: 22 CIS
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute break)

MMP is currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a Social Housing contractor. The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance works across both occupied and void properties
, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete associated repair works as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Work towards agreed deadlines and productivity targets.
• Accurately update job information using the provided PDA system.

• Previous experience working within the social housing sector

• Strong plastering skills with the ability to carry out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

• Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
• Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed prior to the start date).
• Basic DBS Check
