We are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established maintenance contractor who are looking for an experienced Plumber/Multi Traderto join their repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties across Lewisham and surrounding areas, delivering a high-quality service to residents.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry, including hanging doors, fitting skirting and architrave
• Tiling
• Flooring
• Patch plastering
• Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• Working professionally and respectfully within occupied properties
