Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a mobile role covering London and the Home Counties
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing team, working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and building services equipment. Working across multiple sites, you will carry out fault finding, repairs and maintenance while ensuring all works are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Working on pumps, valves, pipework and heating systems
- Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs
- Basic maintenance of boilers and associated plant
- Working on hot and cold water systems
- Plant room maintenance
- Small mechanical repairs and remedial works
- Completing accurate job sheets and maintenance reports
- Identifying additional works and remedial requirements
- Liaising professionally with clients and site teams
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations
- Proven experience as a Mechanical or Building Services Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with in commercial building services or facilities management
- Experience working on a range of mechanical plant
- Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE
