Electrical Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the successful running and delivery of the electrical contract.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives on site.
- Liaise effectively with site operatives, project management, senior management and the client.
- Monitor progress, quality and programme requirements.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Produce and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) - this is essential.
- Produce Q&A packs for the handover of completed areas.
- Utilise and interpret the BIM model to coordinate and deliver the works - this is essential.
- Assist with project planning, coordination and problem-solving.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
- Support the management team with reporting, handovers and completion of works.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
- Good experience running or assisting in the running of an electrical contract.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing and coordinating electrical operatives.
- BIM model experience - essential.
- Strong experience producing RAMS - essential.
- Experience preparing handover documentation and Q&A packs.
- Ability to liaise confidently with clients, management and site teams.
- Good understanding of commercial electrical installations, programme and project delivery.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and site-based experience.
