The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson responsible for carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment works, larger-scale refurbishments and general repair works.,
- Carry out a wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing works to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments
- Complete bathroom and kitchen installations, whole-house refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating
- Undertake carpentry works including flooring, building works and general repairs
- Diagnose and resolve issues relating to damp and condensation
- Carry out roofing works where required
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients
- Capable of working effectively alongside other trades and taking the lead on multi-trade refurbishment projects where required
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and to a high standard
- Work safely and comply with all company health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained
Extensive experience across multiple trades and property maintenance - Time-served experience with relevant qualifications up to date
- A fully qualified and experienced tradesperson
- Strong knowledge of refurbishment and repair works
- Experience in areas including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, tiling, plastering and decorating
- Experience with roofing, flooring, building works, damp diagnosis and condensation issues would be a distinct advantage
- A flexible, friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- A full, clean driving licence
