Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plumber multi to join our client's reactive maintenance team

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework
• Making good after plumbing works to a high standard
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed time frames
• Carrying out secondary trades when required
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing
• Domestic/ social housing/ council property repairs experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driver's license
• Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard

• Weekly pay
• Van stock provided
• Van & Fuel card provided for business use
