Site Electrician - Mile End, London
My client has extended a long standing contract with a key customer, they require a Site Electrician to fulfill their duties on a large site in the Regents Park area. If you're a Site Electrician that values building relationships and varied work this role could be a great opportunity.
The role will be based on a university building, experience working within these types of environments would be welcomed (colleges, blue chips, offices). The Site Electrician would need to be;
- Electrically biased & hold certification to support this (18th edition, 2391 for example)
- Experienced with commercial building electrics including maintenance, retrofits, installs & quotations
- Comfortable with end customer interactions
The Site Electrician's duties will include;
- Reactive & PPM electrical works
- Quoting for new work including retrofits and installs
- Liasining with other trades on site (mechanical, fire & security, BMS)
- Emergency lighting
The Site Electrician will be paid;
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annumm
- Expenses
- 26 days holiday plus bank
