This growing facilities maintenance specialist delivers electrical, plumbing, drainage and building fabric services across a wide range of commercial environments including retail, healthcare, education and hospitality. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, they are now looking to strengthen their electrical team. - Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across commercial properties
- Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding
- Completing small installations and remedial electrical works
- Participating in a 1-in-4 call out rota
- Travelling to customer sites across London and the South East
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience carrying out installation, maintenance, fault finding and remedial works
- Background working within commercial environments
- Full UK driving licence
