Plumber Multi
£22 per hour CIS

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy disrepair team working across Brixton, Lambeth and South Norwood
This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out plumbing repairs and installations
- Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, toilets, taps, showers, sinks, and waste systems.
- Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
- Undertake minor multi-trade works where required.
- Provide a professional and courteous service while working in tenants' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance.
- Previous social housing experience is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Level 2 (trade qualification) or blue CSCS
Offer:
- £22 per hour.
