Plasterer
Location:
Brixton - covering Lambeth, Brixton and South Norwood
Rate: £21.00 per hour CIS
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week)
Contract:
Ongoing / Temp to Perm

Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties.
Key Duties- Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties
- Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good
- Repair damaged walls and ceilings
- Complete minor associated multi-trade works where required
- Deliver a high standard of work and good customer service
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering or a relevant trade
- Alternatively, a Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or a similar trade
- Experience working within domestic or social housing properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £21.00 per hour CIS
- Weekly pay
- Company van and fuel card
- Ongoing stable work
- Temp to Perm opportunity
