Carpenter Multi - Covering Westminster
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID CITY AND GUILDS OR CARPENTRY NVQ

£40,000 - £41,000 per year + company van and fuel card supplied.
Permanent PAYE position
Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Carpenter Multi to carry out works for a large housing assosation in Kent. The patch you will be covering is East Kent, Canterbury and surrounding area's.
This position is a straight perm role for a well-established housing association who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.
Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader:- Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
- Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs.
- Painting and decorating
- Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.
- Must have social/domestic housing experience.
- A full UK driving license.
- Must have multiple trades.
