Our client is a thriving Student Accommodation company. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Operative to join its latest site in Canary Wharf.
As the Maintenance Operative, you must be multi-skilled and able to carry out a mixed variety of repairs and maintenance. This will include but not limited to basic Plumbing, Changing Locks, Replacing Carpet Tiles, Light bulbs, P&D, Moving and Replacing White Goods.
As the Maintenance Operative you must have a proven track record in a similar role and ideally have worked in student accommodation or residential accommodation previously. It is also advantageous if you have a basic electrical or plumbing qualification.
Our client is offering:
- £35,105
- Mon – Fri (8am-5pm)
- 1 Weekend in 4
- Overtime available
- Pension
- 30 days holiday inclusive of BH

This is a lovely new opportunity for a Maintenance Operative or Handyman with a minimum of 4 years experience and who wants to join a progressive company.
