Location:
London & South East
Salary: £43,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit a skilled Electrician to join a newly created Support Team.
The team has been established to provide additional support across several high-priority contracts throughout London and the South East. As part of this team, you will work across different contracts and locations, providing electrical maintenance and support where required.
This is a varied role suited to an experienced Electrician who is comfortable working across different environments and adapting to changing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance across residential and communal properties
Provide electrical support across multiple contracts throughout London and the South East
Respond to high-priority works and assist contracts where additional support is required
Complete multiple jobs efficiently, safely and to a high standard
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out appropriate remedial works
Ensure all work complies with current electrical, health & safety and compliance requirements
Provide a professional and respectful service to residents and clients
Accurately update job details using PDA/job scheduling systems
Work flexibly across different locations and contracts as required
Participate in a call-out rota
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
AM2
18th Edition
Full UK manual driving licence
Previous experience within social housing, repairs & maintenance or a similar environment is preferred
Good knowledge of electrical regulations, health & safety and compliance
Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance
Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to different contracts
Confident using PDA/job scheduling software
