We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services provider working across a prestigious leisure contract throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable, long-term role with a strong work-life balance, varied work, and a supportive team environment.
The RoleAs an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdowns and remedial works across a portfolio of leisure facilities. You will be working on a range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and responding efficiently to service calls when required.
Equipment Worked On- VRV / VRF systems
- Split systems
- Multi-split systems
- Associated air conditioning plant and controls
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdown diagnosis and repair
- Remedial and small works
- Fault finding and system diagnostics
- Completion of service reports and compliance paperwork
- Liaising with site teams and contract management
- Proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- FGAS Category 1 qualification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- £49,000 basic salary
