45,000 base / GBP
55,000 – GBP
70,000 OTE (uncapped) inc Vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, hand tool allowance.

About the companyThis is an opportunity to join a well–established building services specialist as a HVAC Engineer with a long term contract in the London area. The company have a long standing contract covering 4/5 sites in London. Whilst this role is mobile, the reality is that you will be semi–static moving around the same sites 80% with 20% other customers.

What will you be doing as a HVAC Engineer?- You ll be working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out:
Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC & refrigeration systems. This is approx 50/50 split between maintenance and reactive works. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Supporting ventilation and general building services works
- Delivering a high standard of customer service on–site
- Working independently while staying connected to a wider engineering team
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
- F–Gas 2079 Category 1 certification
- Strong fault–finding and problem–solving ability
- Experience with in commercial and/or industrial environments (preferred)
- Good communication and customer–facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
