We're looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join a Facilities Management team based in West London, carrying out general building fabric maintenance across a commercial site. This Fabric Engineer position offers steady weekday hours and ongoing work.
Fabric Engineer — what you'll be doing:- General fabric repairs — carpentry, painting/decorating, plastering, minor building repairs
- Door, lock, and furniture repairs
- Basic plumbing and drainage tasks
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing PPM fabric tasks
- Reporting completed works accurately via the site system
- Multi-skilled trade background (carpentry, painting, general building maintenance)
- Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance environment
- Good attention to detail and a can‑do attitude
- Full UK driving licence desirable
- Competitive hourly rate, weekly pay
