Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Location: London / Romford Salary: 44,000 per annum ( 21.50 per hour)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team, working across a range of commercial, retail and high–end residential properties throughout London.
The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, testing and small installation works, with sites including offices, supermarkets, shopping centres and other commercial premises.
Key Responsibilities- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and remedial works
- EICR and emergency lighting testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Small installation works
- Responding to helpdesk requests
- Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records
- Working professionally with clients, subcontractors and site teams
- Previous experience working across multiple commercial or similar sites
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- ECS Card
- C&G 2391 or equivalent
- Good IT and computer skills
- Strong fault–finding and communication skills
Knowledge of MVHRs, AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, heat pumps and hot water systems would be advantageous.
