Job Title:
Communal Heating Engineer/Wet Worker
Location:
South East London
Paying: £41,000 minimum w/ Van and Fuel Card + Overtime/Call Out
Job Type: Permanent
Responsibilities- Working on district/communal heating systems within the properties
- Radiator and cylinder upgrades and installs
- TRVs/lockshields
- Diagnosing heating and hot water issues
- 2 ports and 3 ports
- Isolating properties to carry out works
- Full UK Driving License
- Level 2 Plumbing Qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with in social housing (desirable)
- Company van and fuel card
- PDA and uniform
- Annual leave allowance
- Company pension
