We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious high-end residential contract covering properties in Holborn, Richmond and Ascot.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance services within premium residential environments.
Due to the nature of the contract, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to deliver a first-class service to residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of residential properties.
- Diagnose and resolve faults across multiple building services systems.
- Undertake maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, gas systems, boilers, air conditioning and electrical services.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports and maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial works to maintain the reliability of building systems.
- Valid Gas Safe registration/qualification.
- F-Gas qualification.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in at least one relevant trade, such as HVAC, gas, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning.
- Strong multi-skilled maintenance experience within a commercial or residential facilities management environment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Clean DBS check.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Basic salary of up to £65,000

- Mobile role covering Holborn, Richmond and Ascot.
