Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

fabric and mechanical tasks

Maintain accurate records using PDA/CAFM systems and ensure all work follows RAMS and safety procedures

Liaise with contractors, support site operations and participate in the on-call rota

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance

What we're looking for:

Ability to work independently and confidently as the electrical lead on site Strong customer service and communication skills, working with senior stakeholders

Experience using CAFM/PDA systems and maintaining accurate records

Awareness of health & safety practices (e.g. LOTO, Permit to Work, Working at Height)
Flexibility to travel between sites and support out-of-hours work when required
